		<description>@TheAlex0895 5 kg, ha. what do you weigh like 60 kg. no man your fine increase the weight buddy. for strength stick between 6-8 reps perfect form. at the age of 16 you are perfectly fine to lift weights, i am 17 and lifted weights for 3 years without stunt growth, currently 6 foot 3. just study exercises everyday like me :)</description>
